Shannon Spivey

Shannon is a Florida native, born and raised in Orlando. In 2006, Shannon, her husband and three children moved to Hobe Sound. In 2010, she and her family built a home in the Tequesta Country Club and currently live there today. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance at Florida Southern College, she entered into the real estate industry and earned her CCIM designation in commercial real estate. Shannon has a background in residential and commercial real estate with experience in sales, development, building and home renovations. Her experience will offer a benefit in prepping your home to sell or to make your new home “your own”. Shannon’s goals go beyond getting your home sold or finding the perfect home for you. Building relationships with her clients and community is a priority. Having spent the last 10-plus years raising her family in Tequesta, she understands the benefits and quality of life in northern Palm Beach County and is knowledgeable about schools, recreational activities and the many beautiful neighborhoods available to find your perfect home.
